Description
Athletic facilities operated without deliberate systems tend toward the same set of recurring problems — scheduling conflicts between user groups, maintenance backlogs that become safety issues, underutilized peak hours alongside chronic congestion in others, and revenue loss from poor space allocation decisions. None of these are inevitable. They’re the predictable result of managing a high-use facility reactively rather than systematically.
You’ll work with:
- Space utilization planning: mapping facility capacity against user demand, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scheduling structures that maximize productive use without creating conflict
- Safety compliance management: inspection protocols, incident documentation, and the risk management systems that meet regulatory requirements and protect user populations
- Preventive maintenance frameworks: building maintenance schedules that reduce emergency repair frequency and extend the operational lifespan of facility infrastructure and equipment
Duraion: +/- 7 hours
Result: A more systematic approach to facility operations — with the scheduling, safety, and maintenance frameworks that reduce the reactive workload of facility management and improve the reliability of the environment for all user groups.
